End of year report
End of Year Reports
Student Reflection
This year in Takutai I have really enjoyed learning about how to make ourselves in a fake place because it helped me put myself in a fake place so I can do it again.
The work I am most proud of this year is strange town writing because I could describe the photo really well.
I want to learn more about animals because animals are fascinating creatures that feel, move and hunt in completely different ways to each other.
My two best memories of this year are camp and shantytown because at camp we got to go caving and to the hydro pools. At shantytown, we went on the steam train and did science.
My favorite experience/event this year was camp because we stayed at the holiday park in carters beach and there was a bouncy pillow that we could jump on while it was wet.
The kindest thing someone has done for me this year is when I fall and someone helps me up.
I feel I have improved the most in maths because I have done some tests in math and I got them mostly right.
I have been the most creative when I made paper mache penguin because I can get really creative with things like my paper mache.

Moving milk By Katie,Ruby and Declan
Today we did a milk moving experiment. I learnt about science and how to make amazing patterns in the milk. I really enjoyed when we put the cotton bud in and made the food colouring go lighter and make differnt patterns.

Analysing our data.
This graph shows me that most people aren’t sure that paroa school is doing a good job at looking after our environment. It also tells me that strongly disagree is the smallest so that hardly any people don’t want to.Strongly agree and disagree are almost the same.
Should we introduce a nude food day each week (nude food means no packaging or wrapper’s)
This pie chart tells me that 62.1% people say yes to having a nude food day each week. This pie chart tells me that 29% say maybe. This pie chart tells me that 15% say no. This pie chart tells me that most people want to have a nude food day each week.
This chart shows that 80 people know where rubbish goes when we drop it and 25 don’t know. Thats why at Assembly we shoud explain it to them.
